I called you regarding some problems with the shower in the bathroom and the cartridge needing replacement, we also had some problems with the drain in the sink. I just want to say that Chavo came and took care of all of our problems, did a wonderful job, and is such a pleasant person to deal with. I just want you folks to know how pleased we are with his work in particular but with your company and your responsiveness. We will certainly be telling all of our friends what a great job you folks did.  Thanks once again but please put something in this fellow’s record as to what a great job he is doing as your representative.
